"Precious book!! ❤️❤️❤️ A real moment between a dad and son - that all of us have had....especially with a small child." - Megan H.
From Anne Jordan Greyson's Shoes is an awesome book. Beginning with the dedication that brought tears to my eyes! Love how some words are in bold. I'm sure children will love learning how to emphasize words like "put on your shoes" and "dog pooh". The illustrations are so simple but effective. After reading the book, kids can practice making their own pictures from the illustrations, with emphasis on heads turning )), or shoes flying through the air ))), steam coming out of dad's ears, and ants marching across the page. It makes the page come alive. A good story about adults getting mad, and frustrated, but in the end it's laughter and love. When reading the book it's great to talk about issues others have to cope with, and to be kind. Love the blog you do about Autism. We can all learn from this. Congratuations and keep the stories coming.
